Financial Analyst - Events

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and completeness of month-end accruals by engaging with stakeholders across the business
• Support monthly reporting to business operation stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation, consolidation, and review of the organisation’s budget
• Assist with the management of the forecast model and timely updating of business variations
• Support Finance Business Partners and Business Operations with the accurate processing of purchase orders and supplier payments
• Lead the streamlining of business processes and procedures to support operational effectiveness

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or a related field
• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
• Experience working within a complex organisation or professional services environment
• Ability to hold (or obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Flexibility regarding working hours in relation to event requirements
