Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and commercial analysis to support senior management decision-making
• Review and analyze affiliate board materials and prepare management briefings
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and investment evaluations
• Review impairment assessments and acquisition-related financial analyses
• Support financial reporting and IFRS compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts on affiliate-related matters
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and frameworks
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management
• Mentor and support junior team members as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CFA
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or corporate advisory
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, and corporate governance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven ability to prepare and present reports to senior management
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience working in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Industrial, or Power Generation sectors
• MBA or other advanced business degree
• Big 4 accounting or consulting firm experience
