Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage expense reporting
• Oversee payroll, employee transactions, and independent contractor payments
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and US non-profit financial regulations
• Prepare financial reports and manage necessary tax filings
• Track and verify payments from corporate partners to ensure all commitments are met
• Maintain organized records of corporate sponsorships, donations, and partnership agreements

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Proven experience working within the non-profit sector, preferably with US-based organizations
• In-depth knowledge of US IRS rules and GAAP
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Professional certifications such as FPAC or ACCA
• Experience managing complex financial processes for global organizations
