Financial Analyst-Controllership and Tax

Responsibilities

• Manage direct tax compliance activities and support US GAAP tax provision calculations
• Coordinate information for corporate income tax filings and transfer pricing documentation
• Partner with Tax, Controllership, auditors, and external consultants to resolve issues and review deliverables
• Oversee direct tax GL reconciliations, controls, and process accuracy
• Drive automation, efficiency improvements, and regular status updates to management
• Mentor junior team members and support key tax compliance projects

Requirements

• CA qualification with 8-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, or related roles
• Strong accounting and tax domain knowledge
• Advanced SAP/S4 HANA skills
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication, influencing, teamwork, and business acumen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial management or internal audit
• Ability to challenge the status quo and improve processes through digitization
• Experience working in complex systems and cross-functional environments
