Financial Analyst-Controllership and Tax

Responsibilities

• Manage key tax compliance activities, including US GAAP tax provision calculations and direct tax compliance requirements
• Provide information required for Corporate Income Tax (CIT) filings and transfer pricing documentation
• Manage relationships between Tax, Controllership, and external tax consultants
• Lead reviews with key stakeholders, including tax professionals, controllership, and auditors
• Perform accounts reconciliations for direct tax GLs
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and increased efficiency
• Mentor junior team members and manage conflict resolution within the team
• Ensure robust controls are established to validate the accuracy of shared data
• Provide regular progress updates to management

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• 4-7 years of professional experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, or accounting
• Strong domain knowledge in Accounting and Tax
• Advanced proficiency in SAP/S4 HANA
• Proven ability to work effectively under stringent deadlines
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong teamwork and business acumen
• Ability to navigate and understand complex corporate systems and processes
