Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments in commercial and supply-chain finance, FP&A, large capital projects, and international development support
• Serve as the finance lead on Datacenter projects from development through construction completion
• Develop Datacenter Campus budgets and associated cashflow forecasts
• Analyze and interpret construction cost data to ensure market consistency
• Partner with the Pre-Construction team to support the contracting process and manage post-contract modifications
• Manage construction vendor invoice review, coding, and communication with accounts payable
• Ensure accurate month-end accruals for relevant construction projects

Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst or Financial Consultant
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
• Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills
