Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Underwrite income-producing assets using ARGUS and Excel
• Partner with brokers and deal teams across various asset classes including Office, Industrial, Multi-family, and Retail
• Analyze historical operating statements, budgets, leases, and loan agreements to determine underwriting assumptions
• Design and build sophisticated financial models for existing cash flow, ground-up development, and redevelopment opportunities
• Draft Offering Memorandums and provide analytical support for transaction management and brokerage services
• Support client presentations, RFP responses, and new business pitches

Requirements

• 3-5 years of commercial real estate underwriting and modeling experience
• Proficiency in ARGUS
• Advanced Excel skills with critical financial modeling fluency
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple live deals simultaneously with high attention to detail
