Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze financials and provide timely reports on investment opportunities
• Produce underwriting for portfolio and individual retail assets using ARGUS and Excel
• Write ad-hoc summaries, investment rationales, and market reports
• Assist with the due diligence process and perform ARGUS auditing
• Pull rent and sale comparables, perform lease abstraction, and provide market analysis
• Conduct tenant research and credit analysis while staying current with market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in financial underwriting
• Proficiency with ARGUS software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Sophisticated understanding of retail real estate concepts, including lease clauses and return analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills
