Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts and budgets
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status
• Perform financial modelling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
• Identify trends and recommend actions based on sound analysis
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and bankers
• Design and implement monitoring solutions
• Act as the key point of contact for banks, including the provision of quarterly reporting
• Collaborate with the wider team to aid the implementation of Business Intelligence software
• Work on special projects and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Chartered or Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial analysis, business advisory, or within a Big Four accounting firm
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial software is an advantage
• Solid understanding of IFRS, financial regulations, and corporate finance principles
• Excellent presentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and drive process improvements

Benefits

• Gross salary range €40,000 - €50,000 based on qualifications and experience
