Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and automation of financial reports within the Controlling Technology Group
• Audit and re-engineer reporting workflows to implement automated, streamlined solutions
• Manage the financial health of specific plant products, including budgets, variance analysis, and strategic quoting
• Execute part-number costing within SAP to ensure accurate business planning and financial forecasting
• Evaluate new business opportunities and lead CAPEX project assessments
• Monitor capital project spending and performance to ensure alignment with long-term profitability goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Intelligence and Analytics
• Advanced English proficiency (professional speaking and writing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Power BI and SAP
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
