Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and compare financial data
• Participate in the budgeting process and the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Monitor monthly financial performance by analyzing actual results against budget
• Perform service costing and analyze variances between actual and standard costs
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support business planning and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, FP&A, or Audit
• Basic understanding of Accounting principles and IFRS
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ERP and/or Business Intelligence systems (SAP is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
