Responsibilities

• Prepare financial budgets, forecasts and variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and investment decisions
• Monitor key financial KPIs and prepare management reports and dashboards
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes
• Conduct profitability, cost, and revenue analysis across business units or projects
• Assist in strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or related finance roles
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
• Familiarity with IFRS standards
