Financial Analyst, AMS Consolidation

Responsibilities

• Support the consolidation and analysis of the Americas P&L, including revenue, COGS, and operating expenses
• Assist with the execution and continuous improvement of the Americas consolidation process, including automation enhancements
• Contribute to the creation of financial deliverables such as close summaries, forecast updates, and planning materials
• Perform variance and trend analysis (actuals vs. forecast, forecast vs. plan) to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare and organize large datasets to translate data into clear takeaways for leadership review
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A and regional country teams to validate assumptions and ensure consistent storytelling
• Participate in financial planning processes including annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Document processes, assumptions, and methodologies to ensure repeatable and auditable reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant Finance experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• A curious, inquisitive, and action-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP or OneStream
• Knowledge of PowerBI
