Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Establish Standard Operating Procedures and process controls to ensure alignment with business goals
• Drill into large datasets to extract meaningful business metrics and perform trend analysis
• Recommend solutions to product and business teams based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with global partner teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and build trust
• Establish key reporting for functional areas and produce detailed, audience-specific reports
• Perform root cause analysis to identify constraints and recommend scalable solutions

Requirements

• 1+ years of finance experience
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience
• 2+ years of experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL, and VBA
• Experience in corporate finance, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Proven experience using data to influence business decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale controllership
• Experience with TM1, Data Warehouse, and SQL
