Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead OPEX and COGS forecasting for Clinical Education and Business Innovation teams
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring alignment with accounting policy and internal controls
• Own Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) analysis, identifying key drivers and providing insightful commentary
• Manage month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting deliverables
• Develop and maintain leadership-level financial materials and storytelling
• Improve financial models and infrastructure for OPEX, CAPEX, and COGS tracking
• Lead financial modeling for new initiatives, evaluating ROI and payback to inform investment decisions
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and modeling for leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant Finance or Accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills are essential
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and the month-end close process
• Familiarity with systems such as SAP and OneStream
• Knowledge of PowerBI
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
