Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities and related financial reporting
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Manage accounting records, bank transactions, and support tax compliance activities
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align financial insights with business goals
• Perform reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances, and AP balances
• Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts
• Contribute to the automation and improvement of financial processes and ERP tools

Requirements

• Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced tech environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial systems or ERPs such as NetSuite, Payhawk, or Ramp
