Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and perform monthly revenue and expense variance analysis
• Coordinate the preparation and presentation of budgets and forecasts for managers
• Build clear, accurate, and repeatable forecast models
• Perform scenario analysis to frame business options and provide recommendations to management
• Update financial reports to ensure accuracy and consistency with internal guidelines
• Provide operational information to support journal entries during the monthly cycle
• Conduct research to support spend totals during the close process against budgets and forecasts

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in key financial tools
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts
• Ability to work onsite in the Conway, Arkansas office
• Must be an independent thinker with sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree specifically in Finance or Accounting
• Direct knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) processes
