Responsibilities

  • Own financial analysis, reporting, and business insights across all divisions
  • Partner closely with leadership to understand performance and identify gaps
  • Proactively investigate variances and identify trends
  • Own monthly reporting packages and performance analysis
  • Translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A
  • Strong experience with budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, and financial modeling
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling
  • Experience working in high-volume, product-based, or distribution environments
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
  • Ability to work directly with leadership and non-finance stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA designation or in progress
  • Experience with ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 is a strong asset)
  • Experience in industrial distribution or product-based businesses
  • Exposure to inventory and COGS-heavy environments
  • Experience working in a multi-entity structure
