Responsibilities
- Own financial analysis, reporting, and business insights across all divisions
- Partner closely with leadership to understand performance and identify gaps
- Proactively investigate variances and identify trends
- Own monthly reporting packages and performance analysis
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A
- Strong experience with budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling
- Experience working in high-volume, product-based, or distribution environments
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
- Ability to work directly with leadership and non-finance stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA designation or in progress
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 is a strong asset)
- Experience in industrial distribution or product-based businesses
- Exposure to inventory and COGS-heavy environments
- Experience working in a multi-entity structure
