Financial Analyst/Accountant

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities and analyze monthly expense fluctuations via general ledgers
• Review expense vouchers and backups to ensure compliance with company policies and US GAAP
• Provide accounting guidelines and support to various departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Manage financial control of stock, including provisioning, average costings, and inventory aging reports
• Oversee financial control of all Fixed Assets
• Plan and coordinate bi-annual and quarterly physical inventory audits and report findings to management
• Prepare, review, and analyze accounting records and financial statements for accuracy and conformance
• Prepare materials and respond to requests for external audits, including system and policy updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Thorough understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting principles
• High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a "right first-time" approach
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
