Financial Analyst 1

Responsibilities

• Support financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results
• Identify and research variances to plans and provide recommendations to key stakeholders
• Engage in budgeting and forecasting processes while ensuring reporting compliance
• Perform data extraction and diagnosis of financial drivers using analytics
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for specific business units to support key initiatives
• Interpret financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow documents
• Support business operations by closing the books and developing financial forecasts consistent with organizational objectives
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards, corporate policies, and the integrity of internal and external reporting
• Support priority projects through research, data analysis, and regular progress updates

Requirements

• Four-year Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Auditing principles
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and data analysis
• Understanding of financial statements and variance analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Experience with SAP Applications
