Financial Analysis Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement data-driven projects for the Latin America region, transforming business challenges into business intelligence and automation initiatives.
• Develop advanced analyses and dashboards to monitor business performance and support leadership and stakeholders.
• Model and apply data intelligence to evolving business processes.
• Proactively learn and adopt new technologies, sharing technical knowledge with the team.
• Deliver robust and scalable technical solutions to address complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Structured approach to process and project management with strong prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies autonomously.
• Knowledge of programming languages, mathematics, and statistics.
• Proficiency with Power BI and DAX.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python/Pandas and SQL for data manipulation.
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Data Science, or Business-related fields.
• Experience with data governance in a production environment.
