Financial Analysis Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and continual financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end performance analysis.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial results and present commentary to senior management.
• Monitor key business metrics and drive data quality initiatives across product areas.
• Create strategic presentations, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
• Partner with key business stakeholders to understand projects, drive next steps, and advise on profitability and efficiencies.
• Identify business risks and support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the RCSA framework.
• Coordinate team activities, including town halls, strategy sessions, and documentation maintenance on SharePoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Finance, Business Management, Planning & Analysis, or Accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality reporting and presentations to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
