Financial Analysis Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide financial decision support to business unit General Managers through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Analyze financial results and forecasts to provide strategic recommendations to finance and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain multi-year financial models to assess the impact of strategic decisions on the P&L.
• Develop financial business cases to support various strategic initiatives.
• Manage the socialization and submission of budgets and technology books of work.
• Prepare high-level presentations for senior management to help drive business strategy.
• Partner closely with Analytics, Planning and Analysis, CCAR Forecasting, and Investment Valuation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related subject.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Finance, FP&A, or an Accounting/Controller background.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex issues clearly.
• Proven ability to execute special projects with minimal lead time or information.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills to thrive under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the Financial Services industry.
