Financial Analysis - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and continual financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end performance analysis.
• Lead product cost modeling, pricing guidance, and total cost of ownership calculations.
• Partner with product owners and CFOs to provide strategic insights that drive profitability and efficiency.
• Monitor key metrics and drive data quality initiatives across product areas.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of results and present findings to stakeholders.
• Streamline financial processes through automation and process improvement.
• Deliver end-to-end product and pricing changes, including the introduction or retirement of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical subject.
• 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet modeling.
• Strong experience with data mining and the manipulation of large data sets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex conclusions concisely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in Financial Services.
• Experience with cost modeling or activity-based costing.
• Proficiency with Alteryx.
