Financial Analysis - Marketing - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and continual financial planning for assigned product areas
• Provide month-end performance and forecast rationales to support business decisions
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of product financial performance and variance drivers
• Analyze consumption, demand planning, budgeting, billing, and trends
• Build financial business cases to support new business initiatives
• Develop efficiency reporting, analytics, and strategy insights
• Design new reports and dashboards while streamlining processes through automation
• Advise line of business CFOs on increasing profitability and efficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical subject
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Management, P&A, or Accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong experience in data mining, gathering, and data set manipulation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present concise conclusions from large data sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex issues
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and execute special projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the financial services industry
• Experience with or interest in utilizing AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs)
• Proficiency with Databricks or Essbase
