Financial Analysis - Card PXT - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and continual financial planning activities, including month-end performance reviews and forecasting.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of results and present commentary to senior management.
• Monitor key business metrics and drive data quality initiatives across the product area.
• Create strategic presentations, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
• Identify business risks and drive the resolution of mitigating controls within the RCSA framework.
• Partner with key business stakeholders to understand projects, drive next steps, and advise on profitability and efficiencies.
• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Finance, Business Management, Planning & Analysis, or Accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality reporting and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
