Financial Analysis - Card PxT Central Reporting - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and continual financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end performance analysis.
• Perform efficiency reporting and strategy analysis, covering location strategy and span of control.
• Create financial business cases to support various business initiatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics and drive data quality initiatives across product areas.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of results and present findings to senior management.
• Enhance controls and streamline processes through automation and the design of new reporting dashboards.
• Organize complex information into strategic presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
• Collaborate with global managers and business partners to simplify and improve existing business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a technical subject.
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Services with a background in Finance, P&A, or Accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong experience in data mining, gathering, and manipulating large datasets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present conclusions concisely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex issues to stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Product or Technology Finance.
• Proficiency with Essbase.
