Financial Analysis Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and ongoing financial planning, including month-end performance, forecasting, budgeting, and demand analysis.
• Produce efficiency reporting, analytics, and strategy outputs such as location strategy and span of control.
• Create financial business cases to support business initiatives and investment decisions.
• Monitor key metrics and drive data quality initiatives to define future reporting needs.
• Develop and track performance metrics and deliver executive-ready presentations for senior management.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers and provide commentary on changes versus budgets.
• Design new reports and dashboards to deliver financial results efficiently.
• Strengthen controls and streamline processes through automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical subject.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data mining and the manipulation of large data sets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present conclusions concisely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of executing special projects with minimal lead time.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Background in Financial Services or an accounting/controller role.
