Financial Analysis Associate

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly expense tracking and forecast updates for Business Banking National Sales
• Maintain expense models, templates, and tracking files to ensure data accuracy
• Monitor controllable expenses, including headcount-related costs, incentives, and travel & entertainment
• Identify and flag notable variances versus budget and prior periods with clear supporting detail
• Prepare recurring reports and materials used in expense reviews and business updates
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests related to spend trends, forecasts, and assumptions
• Contribute to improvements in forecasting and reporting efficiency through automation and tool adoption
• Partner with cross-functional contacts to gather inputs and clarify financial data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business management, or accounting
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail when working with complex data
• Working knowledge of Excel and a willingness to learn advanced modeling and automation tools
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
