Financial Analysis Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for the Open Banking organization
• Provide strategic analytics including stakeholder recommendations and customer behavior analysis
• Create financial business cases to support new business initiatives
• Develop and track performance metrics and present findings to senior management
• Oversee month-end results, annual forecasts, and future budget cycles
• Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers and present commentary to Chief Financial Officers
• Design new reports and dashboards to streamline financial delivery
• Enhance internal controls and introduce process automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a technical subject
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services (Finance, FP&A, Business Management, Accounting, or Consulting)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex issues
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity
