Financial Aid Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Guide students and families through the financial aid application process
• Process financial aid applications and supporting documentation
• Manage communications via phone, email, and in-person appointments
• Coordinate scholarships, grants, and student loan processes
• Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations
• Support daily office operations and Enrollment Division initiatives
• Help train and supervise student employees

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Administrative experience
• Banking or customer service experience
• Experience in higher education or financial aid administration
