About the role

Responsibilities

  • Counsel undergraduate, graduate, and online students on financial aid processes, including FAFSA completion, loan applications, and eligibility.
  • Review and verify FAFSA information using federal income tax rules and federal methodology.
  • Package financial aid using federal and institutional guidelines and monitor variance reports.
  • Stay current with Title IV regulations and assist students with Satisfactory Academic Progress concerns.
  • Provide customer service support via phone, appointments, and walk-in traffic.
  • Reconcile monthly work-study payroll reports and assist with document imaging and indexing.
  • Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry and running established reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or three (3) years of related experience.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to work accurately in data systems.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
