About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deepen relationships within an assigned client book of business
  • Collaborate with lead advisors in a support capacity during financial planning and review meetings
  • Onboard and build new client relationships acquired through practice acquisitions
  • Prepare for client meetings regarding investment, retirement, tax strategy, insurance, and estate planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records in the CRM system
  • Provide a white-glove service experience in every client interaction

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of experience in financial planning or advisory services
  • Ability to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and State Insurance licenses within the first 6 months of hire
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • A team-first attitude and a growth mindset
  • Comfort with both the technical and relational aspects of financial advising
