About the Company

Mango Advisors is a boutique Investment Banking firm focused on the Real Estate vertical and the SME/Mid-market space. The firm provides services including Syndication (Equity/Debt), Land Intermediation, Strategy Advisory, and Asset Management. Formed by senior bankers, the team has executed transactions worth over INR 20,000 crores.

Responsibilities

• Drive deal origination and business development across the real estate sector
• Manage RE transactions from origination through to closure
• Lead and manage the Buyside team
• Oversee the preparation of detailed information memorandums, cash flow analyses, and micro-market studies
• Manage client and investor queries regarding transactions
• Negotiate key commercial terms and provide feedback on transaction documents
• Control the documentation and due diligence process during ongoing transactions
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key customer accounts and prospective clients
• Oversee pitch documents, investment presentations, and financial models prepared by the team

Requirements

• 9-14 years of experience in Bank, NBFC, or AIF within the real estate space or SME/Mid-market space
• Experience in Wholesale Banking with a focus on RE lending
• Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth, and competitive environments
• Strong networking, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently handle complex negotiations
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
