Financial Advisor, Investment & Retirement Planning

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of clients to meet investment and retirement planning goals
• Conduct in-depth reviews for clients, including retirement, wealth accumulation, and estate planning
• Establish and deepen investment and primary banking relationships with existing and referred clients
• Deliver trusted financial advice and personalized financial strategies to solve client needs
• Foster strong client engagement through education and expert insights
• Leverage advanced technology tools to enhance client interactions and streamline planning processes
• Achieve negotiated deposit and investment sales goals within the retail branch network

Requirements

• Successfully completed CIFP/CFP designation or a bank-recognized equivalent
• Certification as a Mutual Funds Representative in good standing
• Completion of Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) or a bank-recognized equivalent
• Knowledge of market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory environment

• Previous experience in financial planning and investment sales
