About the Company

Mango Advisors is a boutique Investment Banking firm focused on the Real Estate vertical and the SME/MIDMARKET space. The firm provides services including Syndication (Debt), Land Intermediation, Strategy Advisory, and Asset Management, backed by a team with extensive experience in financing and fund raising.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across the Real Estate and mid-corporate sectors
• Conduct telecalling to identify prospects and fix appointments with potential clients
• Identify prospects for Real Estate funding and maintain target lists
• Represent the firm alongside senior relationship managers during client appointments
• Support the preparation of marketing collaterals
• Assist senior relationship managers throughout the transaction process
• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary supporting documentation

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a BANK/NBFC in telecalling or as a sales coordinator
• MBA preferred
• Proficiency in telecalling and multitasking
• Ability to work independently
• Local linguistic skills
• Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth, and competitive environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior RM or Team Manager from HFCs, RE Funds, IPCs, or Consulting Firms
