About the role
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices including verification, coding, and data entry
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Process bank deposits and handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain financial records, filing systems, and archives
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and finance-related tasks
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in accounts administration, finance, or accounts payable
- Experience using accounting or ERP systems for invoice processing
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational, time management, and data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Accounting or a related field
