About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices including verification, coding, and data entry
  • Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate financial records
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Process bank deposits and handle incoming/outgoing mail
  • Maintain financial records, filing systems, and archives
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and finance-related tasks

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in accounts administration, finance, or accounts payable
  • Experience using accounting or ERP systems for invoice processing
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Accounting or a related field
