Financial Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and track collections and follow-ups
• Process supplier invoices, prepare payment runs, and verify supporting documentation
• Perform bank reconciliations across accounts and identify discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping and transaction-level records
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial inputs, approvals, and audit preparation
• Follow finance processes and internal controls strictly to ensure operational consistency

Requirements

• ACCA post-qualified or affiliate status
• 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proven expertise in invoicing, reconciliations, and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas and data handling)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and transaction tracking
• High attention to detail and an organized, structured approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to multi-entity or international business environments
• Experience supporting formal audit or compliance processes
