Responsibilities

• Ensure correct financial accounting by creating booking vouchers with high precision and care
• Support monthly and annual closings, specifically by preparing documentation for balance sheet account reconciliations
• Take responsibility for the fixed asset register and act as the central contact for updates, reconciliations, and reporting
• Analyze general ledger accounts, check postings, and ensure correct financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements through timely and accurate reporting
• Process discount invoices efficiently, ensuring correct creation and timely follow-up

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in a finance-related role within an international company
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software, ideally in an e-commerce environment
• High affinity for technology and ability to navigate various systems and tools
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
