Financial Accountant

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct financial accounting by creating booking documents with high precision
• Support month-end and year-end closings, specifically through balance sheet account reconciliations
• Manage the fixed asset register and act as the central contact for updates and reporting
• Analyze general ledger accounts and verify postings to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements through timely reporting
• Process discount invoices efficiently and follow up on deadlines

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in a finance role within an international company
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software
• High affinity for technology and digital tools
• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
