Financial Accountant

Responsibilities

• Process and review incoming supplier invoices
• Ensure correct encryption and approval of all invoices
• Record and monitor incoming payments and reconcile receivables
• Dispatch customer invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and update bank transactions
• Prepare and process payments and monitor cash flows
• Support monthly and annual closing procedures and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage advance payments, fixed assets, and intercompany postings

Requirements

• Finance or accounting diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or reporting in an international company
• Experience with payroll accounting and taxation
• Strong English skills (written and spoken)
• Chartered accountancy registration
• Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP programs such as JD Edwards
• Experience in international accounting (IFRS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Czech or Polish language
