Mobihive Labs Limited is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and group company balance sheets. We use cutting-edge accounting tools to streamline financial operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including P&L accounts, cash flow statements, and balance sheets for group companies
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper bookkeeping
• Utilize Tally and other accounting software for financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and financial audits
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and oversee reconciliation of bank statements
• Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and auditing
• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
• Experience in preparing group company balance sheets and cash flow statements
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a multi-entity or group company structure
• Knowledge of financial management tools and ERP systems
• Familiarity with regulatory and tax compliance frameworks
