Financial Accountant

Responsibilities

• Process payments to internal and external stakeholders
• Perform bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliations
• Complete fixed asset and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage banking and treasury activities, including ad hoc invoice payments
• Assist with monthly reporting, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet preparation
• Support audit processes by preparing workpapers and responding to queries
• Identify and contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a similar discipline
• CPA or CA qualification is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders
