Financial Accountant

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable, including receipt allocation and debtor reconciliation
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including bill payment and creditor contact
• Maintain accurate general ledger and investigate financial variances
• Manage month-end processes, journals, and intercompany transactions
• Collaborate with overseas entities to support financial reporting
• Support annual audits, regulatory compliance, and group reporting
• Provide accounting support for tax compliance, budgeting, and data analysis

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of financial and management accounting experience
• CPA or CA qualification
• Prior experience in software development, SaaS, or advisory roles
• Solid understanding of asset capitalisation and revenue recognition
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial control

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with NetSuite, Google Suite, and Slack
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work autonomously within a team environment
