Finances Tax Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance for Polish entities, including CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT, and property tax
• Coordinate and calculate tax filings while liaising with external advisors and tax authorities
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess potential impacts on the company
• Support finance teams in interpreting regulations and resolving tax-related issues
• Participate in tax optimization and restructuring projects
• Prepare tax reports and transfer pricing documentation
• Collaborate with international teams on group-wide tax policy and reporting

Requirements

• University degree in finance, accounting, law, or economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, preferably in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of Polish tax regulations and IFRS
• Proven experience dealing with tax authorities and audits
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Tax Advisor qualification
• ACCA qualification
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages (Spanish, German, or French)
• Experience with RPAs and Microsoft Power Automate
