Finance & Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance scope including monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
• Manage regulatory reporting for Bappebti, OJK, and Bank Indonesia to ensure accuracy and timely submission
• Lead treasury management functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and daily bank operations
• Handle Indonesian tax management, including PPh 21, Unified Tax, and Coretax system submissions
• Coordinate with regional finance teams, external auditors, and tax consultants
• Monitor spending budgets and financial performance against company targets
• Maintain robust internal controls and financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury management
• Proven experience with Bappebti, OJK, or Bank Indonesia regulatory reporting
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, Unified Tax, Coretax)
• Experience working within financial services, fintech, brokerage, or other regulated industries
• Fluency in English with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple strict regulatory deadlines
