Finance Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities to automate finance processes across R2R, P2P, O2C, and FP&A functions.
• Design and develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality, and control.
• Develop interactive dashboards and management reports using Power BI or Tableau to provide actionable business insights.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to support data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and other data technologies to automate reporting and process workflows.
• Partner with finance leadership to understand business challenges and recommend scalable digital solutions.
• Support digital transformation projects from initial requirement gathering through to final deployment.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Automation, or Finance Analytics.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, or Financial Reporting).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting automation.
• Proven experience working at the intersection of Finance and Technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RPA/Automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism).
• Knowledge of AI/GenAI applications within finance functions.
• Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems.
• Familiarity with MS Access, Power Query, or Big Data technologies.
• Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Automation, or Finance Transformation.
