Finance Transformation Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large-scale Finance Transformation engagements, including the design of future-state operating models and systems.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight across multiple workstreams to ensure delivery excellence and value creation.
• Manage engagement financial performance, including budgeting, staffing strategy, and margin management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders to drive transformation agendas.
• Lead business development activities, including proposal development and client pitches.
• Coach and mentor Managers and team members to support their professional growth and career development.
• Drive training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance technical and leadership skills within the practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record.
• 10+ years of experience in industry or within a recognized consulting firm.
• Proven experience delivering transformation projects across the full lifecycle (assessment, design, and implementation).
• Demonstrated experience leading teams across multiple concurrent projects.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, or an MBA.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with emerging technologies and finance automation, such as RPA and digital finance solutions.
• Graduate-level education.
