Finance Transformation Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Finance Transformation engagements, advising clients on internal finance strategy, operating models, and financial processes
• Manage engagement financials, including staffing organization, budget tracking, and issue communication
• Participate in business development initiatives such as proposals and thought leadership development
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff members to foster a positive learning culture
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted business advisor
• Identify potential business opportunities and risks within existing engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industry or with a recognized consulting firm
• Proven experience in project lifecycle management (assessment, design, and implementation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is an asset)
• Ability to manage staff across multiple projects and provide clear direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional designation such as MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA
• Experience with emerging technologies and robotic process automation (RPA) roll-outs
• Knowledge of FP&A, controlling excellence, or global business services/shared service centers
